Archibald Cycles Refund/Returns Policy
1. Refunds:
Refunds for pre-orders are subject to the terms outlined in our pre-order terms and conditions.
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of placing their pre-order, subject to the cancellation policy.
Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method.
2. Cancellations:
Cancellations of pre-orders must be made within the specified timeframe outlined in our pre-order terms and conditions.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us directly via email or phone.
3. Returns:
Once production has begun on the AC1, pre-orders are not eligible for returns unless due to manufacturing defects covered by our frame warranty.
If a manufacturing defect is discovered, customers should contact us immediately for assistance.
4. Component Alterations:
Customers may make alterations to the components selected for their AC1 within a specified timeframe before components are ordered.
The deadline for component changes will be communicated to customers via email.
Price differences for component alterations may result in either additional charges or refunds, depending on the nature of the change.
Any requests for component alterations must be submitted before the specified deadline.
5. Process for Refunds and Returns:

Archibald Cycles Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
Pre-Order Process:
Customers have the option to pre-order the AC1 by paying in full or by making a 50% deposit using the code "DEPOSIT50" at the time of purchase.
Pre-orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pre-ordering secures the customer's place in the production queue.
Payment:
Full payment or the 50% deposit is required to initiate the pre-order.
If the 50% deposit option is chosen, the remaining balance will be automatically collected once the customer's frame nears the welding phase of production.
Payment can be made using accepted payment methods on our website.
Production Timeline:
The production timeline may vary depending on demand and other factors.
Customers will be notified of any delays or changes to the production timeline.
Frame Warranty:
Archibald Cycles stands by the quality of its frames and warrants against any defects in materials or workmanship.
